The Spearhead Program is designed for those ready to take functional strength to the next level, introducing weighted calisthenics and sandbag training to build power, endurance, and real-world capability. Every exercise is selected for maximum carryover, focusing on movement patterns over isolated muscles. Within Spearhead, there are two levels:

Skirmisher: Bridges Scout and Juggernaut with moderate weight, focusing on push, pull, hinge, and squat. Sandbags at 25–50% of bodyweight build coordination, stability, and strength while keeping volume and intensity manageable. Every rep is purposeful and reinforces efficient movement under load.

Juggernaut: Maximizes intensity and complexity with heavier sandbags (up to 100% bodyweight) in full Power Four circuits. Develops functional strength, endurance, and precision under load, preparing you for high-intensity, real-world demands.
