Scout Skirmisher
The beginner-friendly foundation program, focusing on bodyweight and light sandbag movements to build strength, stability, and coordination. Perfect for mastering the four main movement patterns safely while developing confidence.
Scout Juggernaut
The next step in progression, adding volume and slightly heavier sandbag work to bodyweight movements. Helps build endurance, technique, and readiness for more challenging loads.
Spearhead Skirmisher
An intermediate program designed to increase intensity, incorporating moderate sandbag weights with functional calisthenics. Focuses on controlled strength and endurance across push, pull, hinge, and squat patterns.
Spearhead Juggernaut
The most demanding program, combining weighted calisthenics with sandbag movements for all four major movement patterns. Longer rest between workouts allows for proper recovery while maximizing strength, power, and functional performance.
